The QA Level 4 Award in Mentoring Ambulance and Emergency Services Personnel is ideal for experienced ambulance and emergency services personnel who are looking to progress their careers by gaining the skills required to become a mentor, supervisor or team leader responsible for learning and development in the workplace.
Over a 3 day period, Learners will gain knowledge in areas such as; developing a culture of learning in their workplace, understand strategies in the mentoring process, creating a mentoring programme and much more!
